What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?

The people, many of whom I’ve held onto steadfastly, I would actually prefer letting them go if that’s what they truly desire.

The notion of clinging on and never giving up is often romanticized, but sometimes, for the sake of peace and harmony, one must release their grasp. Letting go of the chains, the invasive thoughts, and the toxic remnants of the past—though never the lessons learned—is essential. And sometimes, it means letting go of people too, especially if they no longer wish to share our lives and their presence feels burdensome.

Letting go is far from simple. It requires strength beyond measure, a continuous process of striking at walls until they crumble to rubble, liberating the mind, body, and soul from the confines that bind us.

I wish I find my cue for liberation, and that you find yours too!
